OK, actually, my first thought is that it reminds me a little bit of the plot of Revolutionary Road. Except your friend is a million times smarter than anyone who set foot in that movie. (Sorry if you&#039;re a fan. DID NOT ENJOY.) Uh. That&#039;s sort of unrelated. MOVING ON THEN.

But I love this. I love to read about this kind of a friendship. One of my best friends made a move halfway across the country a few years ago, mostly on a whim, and it&#039;s been incredible to watch it change her life. She&#039;s still wavering a bit, but really coming into her own. It&#039;s an incredible thing to witness, and I&#039;m so proud of her and all she&#039;s done.
