I am a cookbook addict. I do the exact same thing, I covet them. I ask for them for Christmas. I look through the beautiful pictures and PLAN to make something new and divine. However, I do not. I have so, so many that I haven't used, but the one that comes to mind immediatey is Apples for Jam, so beautiful and yet I haven't even made one recipe from it. I will now look for this cookbook, probably ask for it for my bday in two weeks, adding to my 'sad' collection :) I just read this post…I swear I could have written the EXACT same thing.
