We moved from MB to SK, back to the city we consider our hometown. Kids are pretty adaptable, we found that finding really great things about our chosen city and getting our five year old curious really helped. He met some close friends that live there as well, and that helped. A little research so you have some kid-friendly things to mention, and a lot of prep talk beforehand really helps. (we just did our 7th anniversary, although 14 yrs together. rather shocking really) hmm, so where you moving to? we r also moving towards the end of the year, but we dont know when or where, and my kid is starting a new school in august, so it breaks my heart that she is going to have to do that, and then do it again..... lovely post and a big congrats!
